A website for Blue Water Foundation
Blue Water Foundation is a non-profit organization that has introduced the joys and challenges of sailing to thousands of Bay Area young people -- many of them disadvantaged and at risk. As an all-volunteer organization, BWF relies on donations of time, materials and services to implement its mission. Fortunately, hundreds of members of our community have stepped up and helped create one of the region's most successful and longest lasting non-profits.
Bay Design is happy to have designed the organization's website, creating a content management system that allows volunteers to easily add and edit content. The site has been instrumental in growing the program, and in drawing new volunteers.
The project was done pro bono, our way of supporting this gem of an organization. Although we can only take on a very limited number of pro bono projects, we are always happy to look into ways to support the mission of non-profits in the Bay Area.
